حين يأتيك الثناء من الخارج، من عينٍ لا تعرف المجاملة ولا تحكمها العاطفة، فاعلم أن ما تحقق قد تجاوز حدود الإعجاب المحلي إلى الاعتراف الحقيقي. هذا ما حدث عندما أشاد مدرب الأهلي القطري بما قدّمه الحسين إربد، ليس فقط على الساحة المحلية، بل في حضوره الآسيوي الذي أعاد تسليط الضوء على كرة القدم الأردنية بوصفها مشروعًا قادرًا على المنافسة، لا مجرد مشاركة.

الحسين إربد لم يصل إلى هذه المكانة بضربة حظ، ولا عبر طريقٍ مفروشٍ بالسهولة. ما تحقق هو نتيجة تراكمٍ من العمل، إدارةٍ تؤمن بما تفعل، جهاز فني يعرف كيف يوظف الإمكانيات، ولاعبين أدركوا أن القميص الذي يرتدونه ليس مجرد شعار نادٍ، بل امتداد لاسم وطن. في كل مباراة، كان هناك إصرار على إثبات أن الأردن ليس هامشًا في المعادلة، بل رقم صعب يمكنه أن يفرض نفسه متى ما توفرت الإرادة.

لكن المفارقة التي تثير الاستغراب، بل وتدعو إلى القلق، ليست في قوة المنافسين، بل في بعض الأصوات من الداخل. أصوات تُقلّل من الإنجاز، تُشكك، بل وتذهب أبعد من ذلك حين تتمنى الخسارة لفريقٍ يمثل الأردن. هنا لا نتحدث عن اختلاف في الميول الرياضية، فهذا حق طبيعي، بل عن حالة من الانفصال عن أبسط معاني الانتماء.

في كل دول العالم، حين يخرج نادٍ لتمثيل بلاده خارجيًا، تتراجع الانقسامات، ويصبح العلم هو القاسم المشترك. تتوحد الجماهير خلف الاسم الذي يحمل هوية البلد، لأن الصورة التي تُرسم في الخارج لا تخص ناديًا بعينه، بل تعكس وطنًا بأكمله. أما أن يتحول المشهد إلى تصفية حسابات محلية على حساب صورة الأردن، فهذه ليست مجرد ظاهرة عابرة، بل مؤشر على خلل يحتاج إلى مراجعة جادة.

النجاحات لا تُبنى فقط داخل الملعب، بل أيضًا في كيفية استقبالها وحمايتها من الداخل. التقليل من الإنجاز لا يُضعف الفريق بقدر ما يُضعف الحالة الوطنية الجامعة، ويخلق بيئة سلبية تعاقب كل من يحاول أن يرفع السقف. فحين يرى اللاعب أو الإداري أن جهده يُقابل بالتشكيك بدل التقدير، فإن الرسالة التي تصل إليه ليست محفزة، بل مُحبِطة.

الحسين إربد، بما قدمه، أعاد طرح سؤالٍ مهم: هل نحن جاهزون كجمهور لاحتضان النجاح عندما يتحقق؟ أم أننا ما زلنا أسرى الانتماءات الضيقة التي ترى في فوز الآخر خسارةً لها، حتى لو كان هذا “الآخر” يمثل الوطن ذاته؟

الوطن لا يُختزل في نادٍ، لكنه أيضًا لا يُفصل عنه حين يكون في ساحة تمثيل خارجي. والوقوف خلف من يحمل اسم الأردن ليس ترفًا، بل مسؤولية أخلاقية قبل أن تكون موقفًا رياضيًا. أما النقد، فمكانه محفوظ، لكن حين يتحول إلى شماتة أو رغبة في الفشل، فإنه يفقد قيمته ويتحول إلى عبء.

في النهاية، تبقى الحقيقة الأوضح: الأردن أكبر من أي خلاف، وأسمى من أي تعصب. ومن ينجح في رفع اسمه، يستحق أن يُقابل بالاحترام، لا بالتقليل. لأن الأوطان لا تُبنى بالأصوات المتنافرة، بل بإرادةٍ تعرف متى تختلف… ومتى تتوحد.

في الختام أقول ليس مؤلمًا أن يُشيد بك الآخرون… بل المؤلم أن يُنكر إنجازك بلسان ابناء جلدتك
